The Covid challenge

Updated: Aug 9, 2023

So the daily dilemma of holding an Open Studios during a pandemic has me up at night. I hesitated to participate in this tour but then figured why not? I usually do an open house at the holiday time to sell all my holiday glass as well as gifts. I have a great following of family, relatives, friends and neighbors that have come to expect it. So I thought I’d give it a shot. When I got the final postcard and flyer from the coordinator of the tour yesterday I decided to blast it out on IM and post them on my FB and my website. The response was overwhelming. Mostly that people could not wait to come by. Others sadly declined due to them being subject to Covid. So I’ll try to make this a very safe event. I have a friend who has offered to help me keep track of # of customers in the studio at a time, require masks, and maybe I should have a sign in also. Lots to think about so I need to get to it! Hope you can make it. If not, hopefully we’ll have our regular Mother’s Day tour in May of 2021.

Otherwise, feel free to wander up my way on Saturday or Sunday November 14-15th from 10am to 4pm. Details are on my Events Page!
